We have been attending essential wellness for over a year now and have really benefitted from the extensive knowledge Lee has over our bodies and minds. She alone is an amazing human being and has become part of our family because she has such a caring spirit and loving nature even though you are not feeling well its a real pleasure being in her company. Hi Lee. Thank you for your support and healing hands. The Covid pack I purchased  from you worked like magic. I bought it for my brother who tested positive for Covid 19. I can also speak about how Lee picked up the problem of my Mr. Amra . She requested him to see a Urologist. Thats when he was diagnosed with a prostate problem.

Another one is the problem with my walking after recovering from a stroke. Being on Lee's treatment really opened up the door of better health. I started consulting Essential in 2017 October with Lee. This is a wellness Centre where you receive love and guidance on how to live a healthy life style holistically. To date I have lost over 18 kg in 18 months following a diet plan of my blood type which is O positive. I, Bibi Ayesha, age 36, would like to share my experience and service provided by Essential Health (Lee Marais). In the year 2012-2013, I was frequently becoming ill with signs of a congested chest, wheezing and a constant weight gain which required me to visit the doctors and hospitals for treatments.

​

In June 2013, I was referred via a family member to Essential Health. My first visit to Lee Marais being in July 2013. I was really amazed on the consultation as this was the first time I had been to someone who was able to evaluate my condition with the tests done and I was told what is really wrong with myself. Unlike visiting a doctor as the first thing they do is ask "what is wrong with you" and before you know it they are done with a list of prescribed medications.

Already upon my first consultation with Lee with the detox and taking of natural medications, I already began feeling a difference in my body. Going into the second consultation 3 weeks later my so-called wheezing that was diagnosed by doctors began subsiding. Upon the 2nd test done there were clear indications shown that my body was showing better results. I was then put onto some new natural medications and my next consultation being in October 2013. About a 2 years ago work got extremely stressful, to the point that it was attacking my body, my nervous system and more concerning, my brain…the joys of being in the blood group Type A! In addition, I was diagnosed with OCD in 2012…HA! The harder I tried to calm my mind, to heal my body, the worse it got – to the point where I needed to see a therapist for psychological intervention. This helped temporarily, but the signs never left. In Oct 2018 I start experiencing severe itchiness on my head and neck, followed by excruciating head, neck and back aches.
